Port Stanley was a great place to celebrate Canada's 150 Birthday, with the return of the popular Canfest celebrations. Live music and entertainment, official ceremonies (with cake!) at the Legion, strawberry shortcake from the Telegraph House, and a vendor show at the Dominion of Canada (D.O.C.) building. The highlights of Canfest included a fabulous boat parade - such Canadian pride! - and spectacular fireworks on the beach.
